Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer chicken, avocado, turkey bacon, and cheese on one slice of bread.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, mayo side down.
  5. Cook in the pan until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
