  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and coffee.
  3. Add the milk mixture, butter, egg, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough, fill it with your desired filling, and roll it up.
  7. Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
