  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble when cool.
  2. Add diced onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until soft.
