- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add chicken ham, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning. Cook until noodles are tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon, remaining mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
