- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
