  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Place the steaks in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  6. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese until it’s melted and the sauce thickens.
  8. Slice the steaks and top with the parmesan cream sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
