  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Rinse the red beans and soak them overnight.
