  • 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 10 potstickers, frozen or fresh
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork, ginger, and garlic; cook until pork is browned.
  3. Stir in chopped napa cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil; bring to a boil.
  5. Add the potstickers and reduce the heat; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in green onions and shredded carrot before serving.
