- 2 large jalapenos
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Roast the jalapenos until skin is charred, then remove the skin and seeds.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer roasted jalapenos, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side.
- Top with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
