- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and boiling the leaves until softened.
