- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese, optional for topping
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- In a large pot, combine chicken, broth, white beans, green chiles, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
